How do I wash my Peppermint?
Our super soft modal fabric was picked with you in mind. It'll take care of your throughout the day, and, in turn, we want to make sure you know how to care for it! Peppermint should be Machine Washed on Cold with Like Colors and Tumble Dried on Low. Do Not Iron, Bleach, or Dry Clean your Peppermint underwear.
I have sensitive skin. What are Peppermint made out of ? Will they irritate me?
Peppermint is made out of Super soft Modal, chosen specifically to keep you comfortable all day long. As an all-natural product, it is safe for sensitive skin, so they can be enjoyed by people with all kinds of needs and preferences.
Do your products shrink?
While natural fabrics like cotton can shrink, modal is much more resistant to shrinkage. Your undies should maintain their size and shape, so long as you follow the care instructions and avoid high heat!

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.
Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.
I don't see an order confirmation. What should I do?
Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation via text or email. If you don't get one, please first make sure your order went through and you completed payment. If you're all good there, please contact customer service email@example.com so we can investigate!

Please allow up to 2 business days from the moment you purchase for your order to ship. We want to get it to you as soon as possible, but please understand that during high volume seasons such as Black Friday and Holiday order processing times may be delayed.
How long will it take to get my order?
Depending on your shipping method of choice, please allow 5-9 business days for Standard Delivery and 3-6 business days for Express Delivery. We know it's hard, but please be patient. It'll definitely be worth the wait!
How do I track my order?
When your order leaves our fulfillment center, you'll be sent a tracking link, so you can watch your Peppermint make its way to you! For the most up to date information be sure to click the tracking link and head directly to the USPS or FedEx site.
My tracking shows that my Peppermint has already been delivered but it's not here...Please help!
Oh no!! Please email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order and tracking number so we can file a claim directly with the carrier. We do suggest waiting 24 hours after you receive the notice, since sometimes the actual order is delayed. The delivery notifications are sent directly from the carrier. We know you're anxiously awaiting your Peppermint and we'd never give you false information about when it's going to arrive.
Do I need to pay duties?
If any duties are incurred, you are personally responsible for them!
Do you ship to APO and P.O. Boxes?
We do! But you'll have to be patient as it may take a bit longer. Generally, these are not the most reliable mailing addresses, and we are not responsible for any logistic issues on your end!

What is your Return/Exchange policy?
We're hoping you love our underwear as much as we do, but in the event that you don’t love your first pair, we have a Try On Guarantee Policy! You can get another size/style or a full refund, no returns required. Just follow the following steps:
1. Be sure to contact our customer service team at email@example.com detailing issues or feedbacks you have with our product. Although not required, we would appreciate it that you send over a photo of the issue so we can improve upon them.
2. We will email you back within 2 business days with next steps of either sending you another size/style or issuing you a full refund.
3. There is no return required. Simply sit tight and we will handle the rest.

Is exchanging my Peppermint order easy?
We've done everything we can to make sure it's easy to exchange your Peppermint. After all, we want you to be happy! Please follow these steps to make an exchange. It's as easy as 1,2,3...4!
1.) Be sure to contact our email customer service team at email@example.com prior to returning to ensure a hassle-free exchange or refund.
2.) Re-pack your product just like it came. Please note, all items must be returned in their original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.
3.) Let us know they're coming! Once they're on their way back to us, you must provide the tracking number for the package.
4.) We'll handle the rest! Once we get the package, we'll get your replacements in the mail or provide the full refund depending on the circumstance.
How do I decide what size to exchange my order for?
Your Peppermint should fit effortlessly! If you're not happy with the size, please refer to our size chart and size up or down according to the change you'd like to see in the fit.
Can I return or exchange Peppermint I purchased on sale?
Our Risk-Free Exchange policy is available for sale items as well! We just want you to be happy.
Where is my refund?
Once your return package is on the way back to our warehouse and you've provided our team with the tracking info, the return process has started. When the return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 5 business days from the date your return tracking information shows "Delivered". Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment.
Will I be issued a refund for the full amount of my order?
We're so sorry your products didn't fit the way you wanted them to! If you'd chosen to go the refund route, you will be refunded the full amount you paid for the products, but the initial shipping fee will not be refunded.
How long will processing my return take?

Is VAT refundable for returned items?

I'm seeing a payment error when I go to check out...Please help!
If you’re getting an error message when trying to submit your payment, the most likely culprit is an error or a typo in your billing information. This is the first place to look!
If the error message says “Your payment details couldn’t be verified. Check your card details and try again,” the issue is probably either the credit card number or CVV you entered.
If the error message says “Security code was not matched by the processor,” the issue is probably the CVV you entered.
**Please note** We do not have access to transaction records and may not be able to see why a payment is being rejected. If a payment is being rejected and you think it shouldn’t be, please contact your bank/card issuer.
I was charged for my order more than once...Please help!
We know how stressful unexpected charges can be! First things first, if you see multiple charges for the same order on your statement, check your email to see how many order confirmations you received:
If you only received one confirmation, chances are that only one of the charged orders went through. The other charge(s) on your statement will disappear in 2-3 business days.
If you didn't receive a confirmation, none of the charged orders went through. Try placing the order again, double-checking that all billing and shipping information is correct. The charges on your statement will disappear in 2-3 business days.
If the charges do not roll off your statement, please contact us directly and we'll look into it for you!
What is Afterpay?
Afterpay is an awesome service that allows us our customers to make purchases now and pay for them in four equal payments made every 2 weeks without any interest, that way you can get your Peppermint even if you haven't gotten your paycheck. To learn more about Afterpay click here.
How do I use Afterpay?
Once you've filled up your Peppermint cart, choose Afterpay at checkout as your payment method. If this is your first time using Afterpay, you'll be redirected to their website to register and give your payment details. If you've used Afterpay before, just log in to your account! Complete your order, and you're all done.
Can I use Afterpay as an international customer?
Unfortunately, both Afterpay and Peppermint are only servicing the USA right now!
What is the Afterpay payment schedule like?
With Afterpay, you'll be required to make your first payment at the time of your purchase. The remaining 3 payments will be deducted automatically in equal installments every 2 weeks from the payment method you've set up. If you want to make a payment before your next installment is due, log in to your Afterpay account and your amount owed will be updated accordingly!
What if I can't pay an Afterpay installment?
If you can't make a payment, you may incur late fees. Take a look at Afterpay's complete terms and conditions for more details.
When will my Peppermint be delivered if I use Afterpay?
Your Peppermint purchased using Afterpay will ship just like any other order standard order, meaning it will begin the processing process from the moment you hit "Confirm!"
Can I use a gift card with Afterpay?
Yes! You're welcome to use your gift card and Afterpay in the same transaction.
What products are not eligible for purchase with Afterpay?
The only thing you cannot purchase using Afterpay is a gift card. Otherwise the sky, or rather the Peppermint site, is the limit!
