1. Be sure to contact our customer service team at email@example.com detailing issues or feedbacks you have with our product. Although not required, we would appreciate it that you send over a photo of the issue so we can improve upon them.
2. We will email you back within 2 business days with next steps of either sending you another size/style or issuing you a full refund.
3. There is no return required. Simply sit tight and we will handle the rest.
How do I decide what size to exchange my order for?
Your Peppermint should fit effortlessly! If you're not happy with the size, please refer to our size chart and size up or down according to the change you'd like to see in the fit.
